Initial expectations regarding the probationary training were met. Just need more practice to be able to get used to the job faster. The most important takeaway for me is to know how to lead a project with waterfall method. I think this job is suitable for me and I hope to continue with this job, as the time is really flexible, I have a chance to get in touch with many different types of collaborators and of course, know how to make a plan with large quantities and strict deadlines. The instructors provided clear instructions helpful practical samples, they're so enthusiastic and friendly.

The most important thing that I learned is a PC has to be detail-oriented; I love learning about finance as I think they are informative and have certain difficulties. The training sessions exceeded my expectations. I am really interested in this position and its tasks. Company's culture is the most impressive thing. On the first working day after Tet, I was astonished when everyone turned from serious-working-mode to lucky-money-mode in just 2 seconds. In addition, the company respects everyone's routine, which could differentiate it from other companies.

PC training program fulfilled my expectations because I learned which tasks the PC should do to organize and oversee the project, and I truly enjoyed the work environment. I believe I can implement what I've learned from the program in our future work. Especially the lessons I learned from the RCA-doing process, as well as how to prepare and track the project. Furthermore, I believe I have learned 'flexibility' because my starting point was not to learn about language or project management. The most exciting thing I've discovered when working as a PC is how I can be pushed and begin learning to multitask. I also enjoy checking and delivering projects.

During participation in the 'Passion Inspiration' program, in addition to the trust I put on the knowledge conveyed by experience instructors who are vetarans in the field, I felt encouraged to express personal opinions. his has led to significant changes in both my learning experience and daily life. I believe this course is suitable for those who are seeking to learn more about localization without knowing where to start or where to find any reputable source. It is also beneficial for those who wish to undergo an in-depth internship in the localization industry in general and translation in particular, as well as individuals with an interest or career orientation in the field of translation and interpretation.

For me, this has been a meaningful and precious internship period on my career development path. The program provided me with a wealth of knowledge in the field I am studying and I believe experiences at Dr.Localize will benefit me in shaping my career direction. What has truly impressed me is well invested, with specific and well-structured learning sessions and schedules, visualized slide shows, recorded comprehensive video lessons, and meticulous and thorough guidance and feedback from the mentors. I wouldn't have experienced this if I had interned at a regular translation company.

The program has provided me with valuable knowledge in this field that I had not known before. Even though I had researched online, I believe the impact wouldn’t be the same as receiving direct lectures. As a result, I now have a general overview and a foundation in my professional translation career. The program lecturers are all beyond great, not only do they provide detailed and concise feedback on our assignments, addressing each of our questions, but also frequently praise us whenever we perform well.
